DEL-180 SP Features:

Extended material heating chamber

Extended injection stroke

Extended screw with special screw ratio

Fully computerized servo controls

Programmable computer screen interface: Allows operation of the machine with a single press of a button

Material flow controller: If one cavity is blocked the material flow will be adjusted for 3 cavities instead of four. Furthermore, if the PET material should jam in the system the injection process is automatically deactivated, preventing mold damage and material over-flow (problems which occur in regular injection molding equipment)

The operating the system is easily programmable: Settings can be programmed for various molds for different preform weights. Once the settings are made, all the operator has to do is recall the settings, and start the injection process. This ease of use also means that the operator can operate the machine with just a press of a button

Equipment body is rust free, and only quality parts are used: Motherboard and controller boards are from Fuji Electronics, Japan. Most of the switches and mechanical relays are from Telemecanique, France.
