Single Stage PE Injection Blow Molding Equipment

	The DEL PE-50 uses a vertical injection molding unit that comes with a hot runner system to inject preforms .

	Once the preforms are injected, the injection core will rise from the injection mold cavity, in preparation for blow molding .

	The injection core lowers into the blow mold, and the preforms are blow molded.

	The bottles are blown and will injection core will rise for the bottle receptor to collect the bottles.



	The bottle receptor enters in to retrieve the bottles .



	The bottles are dropped into the receptor

	The bottle receptor deposits the bottles into a carton box for packing .
